Sale Horses

We have a variety of sale horses right now, we have several 2 and 3yr olds and 2 mares for sale. One of the mares, Perla will be an excellent riding horse for the right person. She has a solid tolt, and is bombproof, but needs an experienced rider to finish her training. She got lots of trail miles last summer, and was coming along nicely in the Fall. We also have Nattdis who went to the trainer last Fall also and got a few rides under saddle. She proved to be very quiet and smart. She has a first prize sire and a second prize dam, and throws beautiful babies. We hope to have video of all the sale horses when the weather breaks in the Spring. Contact us for more information.

Happy New Year! We are busy here at the farm trying to finish up the new house. You can read about that adventure at www.eavou.com. We are looking forward to more riding in 2012, if we ever finish the house! We have young horses to start, started horses to finish and finished horses to enjoy. We have a big range of ages here right now, from long yearlings to our boarder Kjarkur, who turns 29 this year (you’d never guess he is that old!). An Icelandic surely is a long-term investment!
